Official Court Contacts

Erie County Court Docket is a private reference resource. Questions about an official record, a case status, a hearing, a payment, or a certified copy belong with the court or clerk that has custody of that matter.

Not a court or government office. This resource cannot retrieve a docket, change a court date, issue a certified copy, remove or seal a case, or give legal advice. Contact the appropriate custodian directly.
